Refund & Return Policy

At RovBeing, we specialize in custom-made teamwear and personalized apparel. Because most of our products are made specifically for each team, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail items.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom & Personalized Orders (Teamwear / Bulk Orders)

All custom jerseys, uniforms, and personalized apparel (including custom names, numbers, logos, or special designs) are final sale.

Since these products are made specifically for your team:

  • ❌ No refunds

  • ❌ No returns

  • ❌ No exchanges

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

However — We Stand Behind Our Quality

If your order arrives with:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect customization (mistake made by RovBeing)

  • Wrong size sent (if it differs from your approved order sheet)

  • Damaged items during shipping

You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

After review, we will:

  • Replace the affected items, or

  • Provide a partial/full refund if applicable


2. Mockups & Design Approval

Before production, you will receive a mockup for approval.

By approving the mockup:

  • You confirm spelling, names, numbers, colors, and design details.

  • RovBeing is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final mockup.

Please review carefully before confirming.


3. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If we sell any non-custom, ready-made items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

Refunds are processed once the item is inspected.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if production has not started.

  • After production begins, cancellation is not possible.


5. Shipping Delays

RovBeing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

We will assist in tracking and support where possible.


6. Size Responsibility

We strongly recommend teams use a size chart and confirm sizing before submission.

RovBeing is not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted by the customer unless the wrong sizes were produced compared to the approved order list.
